To request an appearance by the Royal Hawaiian Band and/or RHB Glee Club follow these steps:

 

1)    Contact the RHB office at (808) 768-6677 to inquire for available dates.

2)    Field Coordinator will follow up with the requestor with band availability.

3)    Once the event date and availability are confirmed, please generate a request letter addressed to the Mayor that includes the following details:

- Recipient: Addressed to the Mayor

- Requester: Name of the organization or individual requesting the performance

- Event Details:

        - Nature/type of the performance

        - Venue/location

        - Date

        - Start time/End time

        - Contact Information: Name, phone number, and email address of the contact person

4)    Please submit the request letter at least 30 days prior to the performance date.
